4 Minutes of AI & Automation
Welcome back, Profiteer
Here’s what I have for you today:
A no-code, dummy proof, AI powered website analytics tool
What all CEOs should know about Gen AI
Navigating your AI journey and a tip for success
One thing that has quickly become an internal truth as a member of a 6 man tech company:
Find tools that help you do work faster and better.
1. Flowpoint.ai
If you have more than 4 minutes today, I recommend watching the loom video below as I walk you through setting up and some pro tips.
Story for the busy people:
Remember when you were in tag manager copy and pasting scripts to every webpage you wanted tracked?
Remember how it also didn’t work? 5 different times…
Me too.
Good news for you, our COO Liam found a tool that saves all of us.
With one line of script you can build “flows” to track all of your user journeys.
You can go as deep as building a flow for an entire funnel you’re launching or use my “general homepage” flow.
This approach still allows you to track every journey through your primary domain.
It also allows you to dig deeper into individual flows, track where traffic flowed from, and everything they do on your pages.
I use this tool for all of our website analytics and before you ask… yes it’s worth it.
The highlights of the software are:
One line of script implementation
No code flows for traffic journeys
AI insights for UI/UX
Easy to analyze customer journeys
Copywriting tips
Actions you wouldn’t even remember to think about
Completely dummy proof (trust me on this one)
Now you don’t have to choose between hiring a VA or employee to set up a technical analytics backend and risk not having the knowledge to add to it in the future.
Any size company can easily set up on this platform and grow.
2. Embarking on your Generative AI journey is as easy as you make it.
As a CEO you may have been tricked into a wacky mindset —
I’ve got to have a technical employee with a background in machine learning to fully leverage the value of AI.
But it doesn’t have to be that complicated.
Today’s opportunity doesn’t lie in how you perfect the implementation, it lies in how fast you start to keep up.
There’s endless evaluating to do with the number of startups, products, and ideas.
Your job is to understand the potential that Gen AI holds to transform how work gets done and create your competitive advantage.
Success will come down to two key points:
CEOs considering the practical benefits, associated costs, and resources required
Building a basic business case first to kick start the long journey ahead
My advice to you is to find how you can balance risk and value creation while building sustainable alliances.
Partner with someone you trust to accelerate execution of your business case.
We’re aware that navigating this landscape can be overwhelming.
What you should know is organizations are seeing success with AI and it always comes back to leadership starting the journey and utilizing expertise of others to smooth the adoption.
If you’re questioning where to begin, rest easy that being here means you already have.
3. Figure out where your AI enterprise value exists.
It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3… 4
Step 1: Identify Bottlenecks
Step 2: What problems are unique to you?
Step 3: Analyze your data and build SOPs
Step 4: Implement your AI agent
Yes I know, this may sound a bit complicated but let me simplify it for you.
Start by taking a deep look into your existing workflows.
Where are the tedious tasks destroying your margins in your sales, marketing, ops, and finance departments?
I’m willing to bet there’s at least one you can identify in each department.
Now it’s time to identify problems unique to you.
Those overlapping issues across businesses have off-the-shelf solutions like flowpoint above.
Solve those fast.
The one’s you’re interested in are unique to your company *think* unique data opportunities or your edge on the competition.
This is where you want to build a custom solution.
Take these unique workflows and document the sh*t out of them.
I’m talking SOPs, data collection, documentation… gather then document and do it over and over again.
This will fuel your AI system.
And remember, there’s never too much data or documentation.
It’s time to implement AI agents.
This is where you should start building out the solutions to your identified problems.
You will need to do some research on how complex of a problem you have and find the necessary no-code/low-code tools that are required.
In the best case, you get to develop a custom tool from scratch.
Let me just mention that we are completely aware there is a massive knowledge gap here and AI can be hard to understand.
Don’t fret.
I have some things to share with you to save some time and stress.
I’ll first share our Step by Step Guide to Language Models so you can start building a foundation and even have something to pass around the team.
If you missed the example report where we did this exact 4-step process >>> read over this past client’s rundown and see for yourself exactly what I’m talking about
If you’re ready to start keeping up with our inevitably AI abundant future, we’ve got you with the support.
Thanks for reading, we’ve got so much more in store for you.
